To begin, a choice of fruit juice, cereals, grapefruit segments, prunes or yoghurt

Followed by a cooked breakfast comprising of;

bacon, 2 sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread & egg or any combination of these.

or

poached or scrambled egg on toast

or

boiled eggs (soldiers optional)

accompanied of course, by toast, preserves, fresh fruit, tea and coffee (herbal teas available)
